Hi I've been having this little water looking small looking pimples on my penis shaft , and when pop nothing comes out probably a bit of clear water , but burning and itch a bit I apply triple antibiotic it just kinda go awyay but still scraps out what is this , I heard of ppl getting this type of things by masturbating with out lotion

This is most likely to be due to friction injury due to rough,vigorous handling of your penis while masturbating.
