Have Small Bump On Inside Of Middle Finger, Painful. How To Get Cured?
I have a small bump on the inside of my middle finger about 1/2 inch away (above) the joint that attaches my finger to my hand. It seems to be firmly attached and has been getting bigger and more sensitive over the past few weeks. It is painful to push on it with hardly any pessure.
This bump will have to be examined physically and distinguished to be either a muscular overgrowth, abscess, boil, etc; or a skeletal abnormality. Osteophytes in this region are usually due to a condition called gout. And so I would request a physical examination and an x ray of the region.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
