As per discussion you have upper respiratory tract
infection more than sinusitis
Sinusitis is inflammation of the sinuses
that occurs with an infection from a virus, bacteria, or fungus
When the sinus openings become blocked or too much mucus builds up, bacteria and other germs can grow more easily
You can try--
1-Apply a warm, moist wash cloth to your face several times a day.
2-Drink plenty of fluids to thin the mucus.
3-Inhale steam 2 - 4 times per
4-Spray with nasal saline several times per day.
5-Use a humidifier.
6-Be careful with over-the-counter spray nasal decongestants these may be used for short period
