Have Severe Seb Dermatitis. It Is Red And Burning, Itchy. Itching At Times. Redness On T Zone. Flares Up When Not Washing Face.

i have severe seb dermatitis (so i was told approx 5yrs ago by my dr)At the moment its one of the worst flare ups ive had.Its VERY red and burning lots plus itchy at times.The redness is mainly on my T zone and my eye lids,my chin and under and round my nose.Normally when it flares up its after ive had "lazy days"of not washing face and laying around in bed for a day ,but normally ill wash it again maybe use sigma quorte and it clears up quick enough!But this time ive had it active for about 3 weeks!!! HELP PLEASE

Use A soap containing sulpur, salicylic acid. It will help exfoliate the scales and also acts as antifungal. Apply flutivate cream twice daily for 2 weeks and once it settles down switch to Elidel cream (1% Pimecrolimus) twice daily
