Have Severe Pain And Numbness In Leg And Calf. Have Folliculitis. Taking Tramadol But Was Advised To Take Ibuprofen. What To Do?

I have folliculitis all over my legs (apparently from an old razor),I've had intense pain, I'm taking Tramadol 50mg every 4-6 hrs and Clindamycin 3x day. I went to the ER last night, (they said my pain was normal for folliculitis) they didn't want me taking Tramadol and prescribed 600mg ibuprofen (but it burned my stomach) so I stuck with Tramadol instead. I've been able to handle the pain with the Tramadol. 3 hours ago my calf started feeling numb, like my skin is super tight, the rash seems worse compared to last night. I'm wondering if the numbness is a serious sign I should go back to the ER or a result of the Tramadol (maybe I'm taking too much?) or simply normal feeling from the folliculitis?

Hi, it appears that your folliculitis became cellulitis, and it appears to be a mixed infection.
I to my patients with such infection prescribes, a combination of ofloxacin, ornidazole, omeprazole, protiolytic, analgesic, and multivitamin, and a local application of the antibiotic. Thank you.
