Have Severe Hairfall. Why Has The Volume Reduced? Is It Baldness?
Hi, I am married 8 months back and moved to USA from India 3 months back. I now have severe hairfall. The volume of my hair is almost half the volume i used to have 3 months back. With this severity, i am scared that i may go bald, though i read that baldness in females is very rare. I have tried changing my shampoo as per USA conditions. I am now using Matrix shampoo. Please suggest me a solution for my hairfall.

hair fall has many reasons and in your case it seems like telogen effluvium.
change in place and stress can induce a lot of hair fall. do not get panicky.
depending on your age and underlying conditions like anemia, endocrine disorders also may contribute to hair fall.
you may add biotin tablets for a better response.
