Have Sentinel Piles, Taking Churan With Castor Oil. Can It Be Fully Cured By Surgery?

Am suffering from sentinel pile since last one year and I have started taking churan but it contains eranda oil in that powder and I have felt relief for two months but in next year am planning for a child and this churan is not safe as it contains castor oil.As doctor told me surgery is the option.I want to know is surgery 100 percent can be cured.Or is their any other treatment.

Hi dear thanks for your question ,your having sentinel pile and want to know what are its ways of treatment .Dear sentinel pile is usually associated with anal fissure,which usually occur due to constipation,if you can avoid constipation by talking high fiber diet,you can manage anal fissure and sentinel pile without surgery,sentinel pile its doesn't cause much problem,surgery is the only definitive treatment,it is not a major surgery.Sentinel pile can be removed under local anaesthesia,how ever if associated with anal fissure it needs general anaesthesia or spinal aneasthesia,but operation is still minor one.you can go for it before planned pregnancy and you will be back to work in a week time
