Have Seb. Dermatitis Of The Scalp. Tried Selsun Blue. Scalp Is Swollen, Pains And It Bleeds. Medical Cure For This?
I have seb. Dermatitis of the scalp. Tried selsun blue, only works on top of head. Had a patch on back of head and picked it off trying to remove the crust. I made scalp bleed now its swollen and painful and I developed a small lump in the left side in the middle of my neck. What should I do? I think it might be infected.

Seboric dermatitis is an inflamatory disease of area of sebacious glands . treatment includes anti fungals, anti histamins, phototherapy, suppliments, and diet rich in proteins, and vitamins.
