Have Sciatic Nerve Problem, MRI Said Central Focal Nucleus Pulposus Protrusion. Help?

Hi Doctor ! I have been ailing for 5months with Sciatic nerve problem and my MRI had these impressions.... Is this serious ? I d like to have an active life....am 30 yr old married woman....plz advice... Mild lumbar spine Scilosis with concavity to the right Mild lumbar canal narrowing at L5/S1 L4/L5 disc mild bulge seen indenting the cal sac centrally L5/S1 disc mild bulge, small posturing central focal nucleus pulposus protrusion, mildly impinging theca sac ..right exiting root....otherwise docs have am normal...

you have prolapse inter vertebral disce.....ther is asurgery name laminectomy....you will be allright after going through this surgery ...
