Hello,
Thanks for writing to us
Stable fracture of pelvis usually takes 6-8 weeks to heal.Till this period weight bearing is not advised. I suggest you to take full bed rest. You can take tramadol preparation for pain control after prescription of your doctor.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement Dr. K. Naga Ravi Prasad's  Response
Hi, thanks for writing to HCM.

An xray of the pelvis is mandatory to diagnose a pelvic fracture.

Management of pelvic injuries is based on the site and pattern of the fracture. For undisplaced or minimally displaced injuries, conservative treatment in the form of Absolute bed rest is indicated. The period of rest may range from 8-12 weeks depending on the fracture pattern.

Early ambulation is begun based on level of pain tolerance. Narcotic analgesics may help in alleviating the pain.

Hope this information is helpful. Good day
