Have Red Rash On Both Side Of Upper Thighs Near Groin. Had Similar Rash On Chest. Cure?

I have a red rash on both sides of my upper thighs near the groin area. It appeared suddenly throughout the day. And seems almost like pimples are forming at the base of some hair follicles. Should I be worried? I had been battling a very similar rash on my chest and back but it's gone now then this appeared on my thighs over a 12 hr span
