Have Recurrent Shingles, Stress, Chronic Migraine. Help

Im only 34 years old but I v had shingles bout 15 times over the span of 4 years. I only get up to 3 lesions at a time though. I dont understand I though you only get them when your older and only once. I m also under lots of stress and also get chronic migrains. I v gone to the doctor and they came up with nothing. Please help.

Hi, shingles occur due to HSV virus.
whenever you get a bout you should start acyclovir 400 mg tab 3 times a day for 5 to 7 days for relief.
if it occurs for more than 6 times a year, suppresive therapy is required.
