Have really sensitive skin, gets burnt from sun. Having pimples from sunblock. Acne medication not effective. Solution?

i live in the caribbean and have really sensitive skin as a result my face gets quickly burnt from the sun. I constantly use sun block which has now gotten my face a bit darker than usual and i also acquired a numerous amount of pimples from the sunblock. I have tried many acne medication which has not worked. Someone recommended septol skin lightening cream and soap. will this be able to solve my problem??
