Have protected sex, feel crampy, gassy, bloated every time. What's wrong ?

I had protected sex the first time about 4 weeks ago, and i felt crampy and gassy. A week later my period came a week early and lasted about 4 days, it was a heavy flow. I had protected sex again 3 days ago and i am feeling constipated and bloated. What is wrong with me? I do not believe i am pregnant due to the fact i do not feel any symptoms and i haven t missed a period.

Since you had your periods there is little possibility of pregnancy during first protected sex
Your feeling of bloatedness and constipation is common in first time sex.
There are many proposed theories for this one is it may due to gasping lot of air throughout inercourse.
It may due to prolonged act which cause congestioof pelvic organs which causes pain.
Pregnancy dont cause any change in body in 2 days.
This will be corrected by experience.
