Have Problems With Soiling Pants, Soft Pale Stools. Emotionally Abused By Mother. Anxiety Or Constipation?

My daughter is 6 year and has been emotionally/psychologically abused by her mother. She has been having problems with soiling pants. Her stools are often soft pale and small amounts in her pants at a time. She isn't drinking a lot, complains of feeling sick and stomach. Could this be anxiety or constipation? She often says she doesn't know why it is happening and doesn't know she needs the toilet.

Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic forum.

There appears to be high possibility of anxiety/ stress induced loss of control on defecation process.
At this small age, there appears to be least possibility of anal sphincter disease.

You should consult with internal medicine specialist/ gastroenterologist and should go for thorough check up.
Psychiatrist consultation is necessary for mother and baby.

Thanks,
Dr. Mayank Bhargava
