Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for using healthcare magic.

I have gone through your history.

Your illness has might be shifted to bulumia nervosa from anorexia nervosa- bulimia type.
Citalopram may not be a cause of it.

You should consult psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and management.

Drugs like fluoxetine is very helpful to have good control over it.
Doctor may advise you to go for counselling to control your impulses.

I hope it will help.
Thanks.
