Have Problem Eating. Losing Weight. Blood Work Normal. Advice?

The weight loss that you are experiencing is due to inability to swallow food.
Inability to swallow food occurs in disease processes in the throat and/ or esophagus.
You need to get a complete throat examination and examination of the esophagus.
You have mentioned some kind of secretions in the airways, most probably.
So, you can consult an ENT specialist for clinical examination, relevant investigations and management.
