Have Premature Ejaculation, Small Penis. Worried

I am a boy of 28 years. I am 5.9 feet tall and weigh 70kgs. I can not satisfy my partner because of premature ejaculation .It comes out within a three or four thrust of penetration.Be side this my partner has also complain about my my penis size .Actually it is thin & small( 4.5 inches) after erection . And I fell shy to undress my self before my partner because of my small and thin sized penis in normal condition or after ejaculation it becomes too small.

Premature ejaculation is a problem if you are brought up in a family where sex is a taboo and then you indulge in a pre-marital sex. Generally when you have contact after marriage with a less of apprehension then most of the problems go away by self. In case if the problem persist then you should consult your psychiatrist who can prescribe you medications and also teach you some sex therapies to help you with your problem. Size of 4.5 inch is not a concern.
