Have Positive Rubella Igg, Already Terminated Baby. What Are The Treatment, Vaccinations Required To Remove It?

Yes sir my wife has already terminated her baby who was abnormal and was infected by rubella igg it was in the year 2004. We dont have the childrens we want to proceed for a child so Now we have done the testings recently again for rubella igg and cmv igg which was again positive so can you please give me the advice that what should i do to have a normal and a healthy baby and what is that treatment and vaccines and my wife has not taken any of the vaccines before.

Thanks for posting your query.
If your wife is rubella IgG positive means she is immune for rubella & instead of getting worried you should be happy that chances of infection during pregnancy remains minimal if somebody is strongly immune for rubella.
Same is with CMV IgG positive means she was infected in past & now she is immune.
