Have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. Taken Cidophage, Diane 35. Should Accutane Be Taken?

i have polycystic ovary syndrome that led to cystic acne & i was treated by cidophage for a month & by diane 35, is that right ? or i should resort to accutane also i'd like to add that i used to take accutane for about 8 months before i knew that the acne was due to the syndrome.

i am afraid because i heard that diane pause leads to horrible hair fall , please benefit me.
Thanks for your time

Hi,
PCOS causes acne. you will need to be treated for the PCOS with diane 35 for at least 3-6 cycles to see any improvement. Also remember that the acne could also occur apart form the PCOS. You can apply any ointments etc locally. NO harm in that. But isuggest you use diane for at least 3 months and see if there is any improvement.
