Three days ago, I had a relatively large pimple on my scrotum, and seeing the head clearly, made an effort with some success to pop it. The following days, through today, the pimple/cyst has reappeared, accompanied by the surrounding tissue being somewhat inflamed. The central bump is tender and causes discomfort when pressure is applied to it. I do not have insurance, and could go to a local, affordable clinic if the need arose, but would rather spare the expense if possible. As is the case with other pimples I get, I have been applying a Benzoyl Peroxide cream, which has worked in the past. Is there anything else I could do to facilitate my recovery?
