Have Persistent Cough, Headaches. On Cozaar And Lotensin. Is That Sufficient?

My dr took me off my Lotensin that I have been taking for 30 some odd years because I have had a persistent cough...I have been off it for about 3 weeks. He today started me on Cozaar. I just started taking it tonight. I have had a headache for two weeks. . He had taken me off Lotensin because I have had a very persistent cough for a good long time. My question is, What can I take for the headache. Thank you.

Hi, You are taking lotensin, since 30 years, and not getting cough since 30 years, but getting it recently. Now started taking cozaar , you might be having head ache after stopping the lotensin, so due to rise of headache you might be having head ache since 2 weaks. now you have started taking cozzar, so it may go off by its own, in the mean while you can any pain medication for it.
Thank you.
