Have pelvic, back and leg pain. Hurts to stand. Cat scan shows no infection. Is it vaginal infection?

Hi, I have pelvic pain , back pain , pain down my leg. All on my right side. It hurts to try to stand. feels like an infection in my belly...on right side only. The pain is very bad. I went to the hospital. They did a cat scan.They said no infection. No kidney prob. everything looked good...I think it s some kind of vaginal infection.I can t get in with ob for another week :( Have any ideas ?
