I am 43 years old and have this painful swollen boil, cyst type thing. it is located half way between my vagina and the crease of my leg. This thing is a hard and oblong lump deep under the skin and probably about the size of a robin's egg, maybe a little bigger. I did squeeze it and a small amount of pus came out and then just blood. I squeezed some blood out and it did get smaller. Is this any thing to worry about or should I just use triple antibiotic on it and make sure the area is very clean?
