is an acute thing..The lesions that you have had for long should not be herpes zoster.After a single episode , recurrence is also uncommon.
However , there is a high chance that the new lesions now you are having are of Herpes zoster.Medicine consists of anti viral drugs like Acyclovir
and anti inflammatory oral tablets.Ideally medications are started before the appearance of blisters.I would suggest you to visit a Dermatologist
at the earliest to start medications.With medications , you can prevent post herpetic neuralgia
which tends to be bothersome in many.
