Have pain on side, spasms on cough, lie down. Had knee injury, exercising to regain mobility

Yes, from yesterday evening I started feeling a slight pain on my left side, it has progressed to more constant spasms of pain if I had to cough or lie down, it appears more a discomforting kind of pain, recently I had a bit of a knee injury which I have been consistantly exercising to regain proper mobility. Am 64 yrs, very physically active. Any help would be appreciated. Amde.

Hi Thanks for using HCM,

Pain you are refering with no cough or fever suggest musculo skeletal pain. You can take Tab. Tizanidine or Myospas or Movexx MR or Hifenac MR before sleep. This will reduce pain and also relax muscle. This may help you to get rid of pain. If fever or cough or more pain comes then refer your doctor for examination and management. Have a good health. Take care.
