Have Pain Near Groin Area. What Could Be It?

Hi this may seem weird, but I woke up with a pain in the top of my right leg (near the groin area) I don't know how I got injured, I went for a walk two days ago but other than that I havent been exercising! I can walk, however it's a little painful doing so, but it's very painful when I drive and changing from accelerator to brake. Any ideas?

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi, it looks to me that you have some problem around your Hip joint. The problem could be intraarticular (within the joint, bony problem) or extra articular (outside the joint, in the soft tissues). So you need to be investigated properly. Consult an orthosurgeon in your vicinity. Bye
