Have pain in half body. Tested for high white cells and red cell count. On antibiotic for pulled muscles. What's wrong?

I have had a pain in my right side for seven weeks now I also was told I have high white cells and red cell count I was put on antibiotics because my doctor thought I had a virus and muscle relaxers because they thought it was a pulled muscle it has not helped at all symptoms are getting worse what could possibly be And by the way I live in Virginia Beach so I do not live anywhere near high altitude

Pulled muscles are not treated with antibiotics. These need muscle relaxants for relief. Antibiotics are given only when there is an infection.
