Have pain in foot. All tests results show normal. No medication till now. What could be the cause and remedy?

hi i am sunil from chandigarh,my age is 32 year/ height is 5 feet 7 inch and weight is 84 kgs. my question is that why i have pain in my both foot heel from last 2-3 months. I have done my all test doen including urea, lipid profile, hb FBS etc and all found in normal range. so suggest me what would be the causes and what to do for releif. thanxs

It is possible that you are suffering from plantar fasciosis.
Plantar fasciosis results from continuous trauma to the plantar
fascia through excessive pressure, use of inappropriate shoes,
long distant walking etc.

You should avoid shoes with heels and avoid shoes that have tapered
front end. Go for shoes that are flat, with your toes resting freely without
being extended or bend.

Some pain killers would help. I usually give my patients paracetamol or codeine.
