Hi you are just 19 yrs and so anxiety and that too associated with difficulty in breathing and right wrist joint pain. Any way if possible pl control your anger since there is a family history of Hypertension so any time condition can worse. Mind gentleman solution of every problem is there, it might happens that some times things may go against you and this will irritate you. The anxiety produces so many diseases in body so avoid this and try to control. As you feel anger there is secretion of adrenalin in the body that increases your's blood pressure and also heart rate. One thing I want to tell you, drink lukewarm water maximum as far as possible when you feel anger this will give you many good feeling and you will notice that from day one. Good luck my boy and long live prosperous life.
