Have Pain In Back Bone. Done MRI. Advised For Operation. Right Medication?

Hi Dr. sb. i have following problem in my back bone since long ago. i can't do any work and feeling continuous pain in my backbone which is not transfer to legs side. what i have to do because after many year treatment, i can't find any re-leaf. now my Dr. (which is Nero Sargon ) advise me to operate. please suggest what i have to do.
MRI results are given below.
Impression:
•     Mild central disc bulges at lower thoracic and upper lumbar levels minimally compressing upon anterior spinal theca.

Hi
If you have no improvement on conservative treatment then the only option is surgery.The conservative treatments you can use is analgesics and muscle relaxants like tizanidine or thiocolchicoside.You can wear a belt for disc bulge.You have to consult a PMR or physiotherapist and do physiotherapy also.as your bulge is minimal you may get benefit. If no improvement on all these you can consider the option of surgery.Hope this may help you.
