Have Pain In Ankle And Unable To Sleep. Ibuprofen Not Helping. Remedy?
Hi, it is 1am where i am and I cannot stay asleep because my ankle is in extreme pain. I have not injured it in any way an d I think it might have fallen asleep. However that does not seem to explain the pain. I have taken 2 ibproufen but the pain still won t go away. Is my ankle really asleep and is there anything I can do to make the pain go away and fall asleep?

first thing is to know cause of ankle joint pain....whither traumatic,infective, ligament tear etc.......so for that you need to consult a rhematologist ....for symptomatic relief....immobalize the joint,crepe bandage help to increase blood supply....and take diclofenic 75mg per oral...
