Have Not Had Period In Three Years. Stopped Alcohol. Have Seizures From Anxiety, Gained Weight. Have Kidney Issues
I am a 26 year old female...I have not had my period in three years, I am an alcoholic that recently stopped drinking...been sober for over 4 months now, I have seizures pretty often(usually at night)from my anxiety,and lately I've gained 10 pounds and cant stop eating...I know I have kidney issues but I think there's something else wrong with me... I've also started sweating a lot at night. Any idea's?

Ammenorrea for 3 years suggests problem with higher centers like hypothalamus or pituitary.
Other possibility could be due to excessive dieting.
However, diagnosis can be confirmed by doing hormonal assay.
I suggest you to get your hormones tested like FSH, LH, Prolactin, Thyroid levels.
