From the description it seems you could be having freckles. Freckles are light brown spots usually seen in sun exposed area. To treat the same, use a good sunscreen daily and apply 4 percent hydroquinone cream. Sometimes freckles do not show good response to topical treatment. In such cases, RF ablation or TCA touch over freckles or IPL sessions over face help.
