Have night fall, erection while sleeping. Suggest medicines

Respected Sir, I am having high frequency of Night Fall(per day). Erection remains throught sleeping.Ereection may happen any time without any control. hello, try to control your emotion as possible. Avoid watching porn movies ,reading adult books and thinking about females during sleep. try ayurvedic ashwagandha powder 2 times aday with milk for your weakness ,very good ayurvedicmedicine try this.
