Have Nerve Pain, Knee Pain, Lower Abdominal Pain, Fever, Headache, Neck And Back Pain. Genital Herpes Symptoms. Explain Symptoms?

I'm starting this discussion to discuss Several Genital Herpes Symptoms and try to find answers to my questions
I have discovered that I got Genital Herpes from my ex. Since Nov/2011, when we were together, I have been feeling weird symptoms and get sick monthly. I never got sick before and all this scary me.
I didn't know that it was herpes until I went to a doctor checkup and she saw down there, I had no idea.
My healthy problems history are:
*Nov 2011 - Nerve pain from my butt down to my knees and also in my back. For some while I had even trouble to walk straight. It was really painful. This pain lasted for almost 6 months
*Jan 2012- I started have pressure and some pain in my lower abdomen. This lasted until April/2012
*Feb 2012 - I got really sick with like flu symptoms. Pain in my neck, fever, fatigue
*March 2012 - during a doctor check up, she discovered by ultrasound a "ovarian cyst" like. This when away 3 weeks after.
*in 2012 I got sick more 3 times during the year with flu like symptoms
*Sept 2012 - during a doctor check up, I was diagnosed with HSV-2
*Dec 2012- I got really bad sick for 2 weeks with headache, fatigue, body nerves pain, fever, headache, neck pain, back pain
*Feb 2013- got my first horrible outbreak after started with Valtrex.
*Aprl 2013- I had a very bad inflamation and pain in my stomach and a lot of bloating. Went back to the doctor and she didn't know what was going on. I was sick for 1 month with a lot of pain
*May 2013- appeared in my tongue a dark pinkish "shadow" burning and painful. My doctor increased Valtrex for 2g for 7 days and it started going away. However I feel fatigue and headache
*June 2013- I have pain in my body, headache and frequently low down fever. I feel my nerves hurting in my arms, fingers and legs.
My WBC started getting lower and the PH of my urine too.
All my others STD are negative beside HSV-2.
Please let me know our symptoms. Have been in many doctors and mosly of them just say that I may have something else, but nobody find nothing.
I have no idea what is going on and I am starting getting scare.

Hi Mam,
Please do not be over apprehensive & panic, just hold down, every thing will be okay, you need certain test, like PCR for viral DNA detection, punch biopsy for tissue culture test and other high tech test also there for better diagnosis and prognosis and of course for proper line of treatment, differential diagnosis, in my opinion you better consult the infectious disease center for better management. There are certain factors which stimulate the viral replication or direct affect on latency, infection (recurrence ) like fever, extremely hot climate menstruation, mental or emotional, stress, immuno-deficient individual has to suffer a lot, anti viral treatment gives nice result which is life long course (Acyclovir in double dose) have opinion from good dermatologist too. Have good time
