Have muscle spasms and headache. Treatment?

Hi,I ve been getting these twitches. They have progressed over a period of time. They started out as facial twitches, then I started getting muscles twitches. Now, that has progressed to body spasms. I get them when I sleep and when I m awake, and they have been increasing in severity. My husband said to me that it keeps him awake, and it feels like seisures to him, though my spasma I know arent seizures. I took a nap the other day with him for 30 minures, and he said the whole time I slept I was having spasms. I have also been getting headaches ,
