Have Mouth Ulcer Between My Lip And Gums. Bothering When Eating. Has Caused A Swelling. Ear Feels Like Under Water. Treatment?
i have a mouth ulcer between my lip and gums on the right side of my mouth. It has been there atleast four days, maybe more. It was not bothering me much at first, only when eating. But what has happened i;m guessing is that it has cause swelling in my lymph nodes which is causing me a great deal of discomfort under the right side of my jaw and all day today my right ear feels like its under water. Do i need to see my physician?

for time being take antacid tds
apply tramsolone mouth paint before meals on the gums and lips
mouth wash with local antisepic mouth wash
