You should consult a general physician to confirm that you don't have any wasting diseases such as anemia., Second eating healthy and balanced diet increases you energy and protein level which in turn allows to you to be energetic. thirdly drowsiness, body heat and bloated stomach will be caused by anxiety also. Therefore consult a physician and rule out health problems and then consult a psychologist. I shall help you if you wish so.
