Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Its difficult to explain the new onset dent in your head. Probably it has stayed since long and you have just recently noticed it. You can get a CT scan of the head ones you are insured and have a look at the cause and size. Its not a medical emergency and you can be comfortable about that. Just continue with your migraine meds. Take some prophylaxis for migraine if they are this regular. Propranolol and divalproex are good effective drugs.

Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
