Have Migraine, Nausea, Back Pain. Any Suggestions?

My wife woke up with a migraine ..no head pain, but her usual nausa and some back pain . the back pain has not subsided all day and has gotten worse, and she can t keep any liquids down..she says when her bakc pian goes away is usually when the migraine stops, but I m concerned she is slowly dehydrating and adding to her symptoms thus not helping the migraine go away. Any suggestions?

Hello,

Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.

Migrain has to be essentialy accoompanied with headache. As you have stated that she doesnt have head pain then it may not be migraine. It could probably be a vertebral problem and the back ache will require a MRI scan of the brain.

Hope I am able to answer your concerns.

If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.

In future if you wish to contact me directly, you can use the below mentioned link:
