Have Lumps Inner Vaginal Wall. Painfull, Red Discharge, Difficult Intercourse. Have Herpes. Genital Warts?

Diagnosed with herpes about half a year ago. No symptoms since. Lumps on inner vaginal wall near opening, painful and difficult intercorse, are they genital warts? I've had them for a while and they don't seem to have grown or changed in size. recently started taking the pill (near end of first pack), experience a thick stretchy red discharge. V. confused

Hi
Welcome to HCM
Warts and Herpes are usually seen at the vulva. Yes they can be either of them.
Visit your gynecologist to diagnose or you can go to a venerologist. Actually it needs visual examination for correct identification and to know depth of the extent of spread.
Hope you got it.
