Have Lump Above Vagina And Red, Swollen Bump On Inside Lip Of Vagina. What Could Be This?

I have two parallel lumps right above my vagina about A inch in from my hip bone what is it? As well i have small red swollen bumps on the inside of my lips of my vagina but not on my mucus membranes, i believe its poison ivy/oak from peeing in the woods. I m not sure what it is but i would like to have a good idea of what it is so im not so worried.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The red and swollen bump that you have noticed is likely to be a blocked gland or an infected hair follicle. This can be treated with topical antibiotics if mild.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
