Have Low Testosterone, High Esridiol Levels. Prescribed Testosterone Cypinate. Any Endocrinologist That Deals With Men S Issue?

hello, I am currently seeing an endocrinologist due to low testosterone. I am prescribed .50ml/mg of testosterone cypinate 200ml. once a week. My esridiol levels are very high, yet the doctor will not concentrate on this issue, nor will he put me on Arimidex for gynogmastia. My hemoglobin levels were .1 over the normal range, therefore the dr. dropped me to .30mg/ml a week, which is unacceptable. I ve been told by a dr. friend to donate blood and that will lower the hemoglobin levels. Any suggestions to get my dr. on the same page and try to balance my testosterone levels to estrogen? Should I find a endocrinologist dr. that specifically deals with men s issue? thank you

Urologist 's  Response
Hi,
Yes, I would have thought you could respond to a drug like Letroz or Arimidex considering that your esradiol levels are high, but if your endocrinologist says he does not prefer it, there might be a reason which would be difficult for me to opne as he has the benefit of clinical examination. However, there is no reason to not consult a male health expert well versed in these matters.
Mild increase in Hb levels are also probably not enough reason to lower the testosterone replacement dose. blood letting is an option if the increase in Hb levels is higher, but you could also benefit from use of anti-platelet medications such as ecospirin.
