Have Low Level Nausea, Fatigue, Periods Of Mild Hot Flashes, Mild Headaches And Short Term Memory Issues.
I have a had low level nausea for 24/7 for the last 3+ week. No vomiting tho. I have had little apetite to speak of and and favoring foods like yoghurt, rice cakes, and tonic water. But nothing solid. I have lost about 10 pounds over this time frame. I am 68 yrs old and overweight . Ht is 5 8 and my weight is 255lbs. I also have fatigue, periods of mild hot flashes, mild headaches, and short term memory issues.

Well quite frankly most of your symptoms resemble post-menopausal symptoms, and so I would only advise you to visit your doctor who should help get you through these menopausal symptoms and find relief.
