Have Low Grade Fever, Light Headedness, Dizzy, Chills

Hi I am 23 and have had a low grade fever not exceeding 100.3 for about four days. The most disconcerting thing is constant light headedness, if I am in a car or sitting up I get dizzy, and things appear to bend I guess you can say. I have chills I would imagine from the temp but the dizziness is preventing me from doing anything. Any idea what it could be?
