Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi, thanks for writing to HCM.

As per the given description, I suspect degenerative changes in your knee joint as well as your spine producing pain.

An xray of the knee joint and MRI scan of your lumbar spine are necessary to check the severity of degenerative changes.

If you are failing to respond to conservative management (medicines), then you may need Total knee replacement for your knee and a Decompression surgery for your spine.

Consult an orthopedic surgeon for further evaluation and management.

Hope this information is helpful. Good day
