Have klippel feil syndrome and sprengles deformity. Left knee started hurting and swollen, could this be connected to klippel feil ?

i have klippel feil syndrome and sprengles deformity i am 56 years old and the past 5 years have been awful i have seen many docters 2 years ago my right knee gave way for no reason after 6months of pain it was operated on not perfect but ok two weeks ago my left knee started hurting and is swollen finding it hard to walk could this be connected to klippel feil

it is very unlikely that there could be some association between right knee swelling and klippel syndrome..consult a orthopaedician and get an examination could be osteoarthritis or rheumatic arthritis..u need to get a mri done first to know the cause.
