Have Irregularity In Periods After Abortion

Hi dr , I am 32 year old lady having 2 babies .i got un expected pregnancy. so after talking we decide to remove it . i use st-mom 200 mg 4 tablet 3 time a day ... ok its gone . but its 6 month now my period is disturb mostly it 5 to 6 day ahead but the main prob is its olny one to two day and there is very little blood like a spot on pad . i am scared what is this .. why i dont have period like blood 4 to 5 day
