Have Irregular Periods, Cramps, Brown Spotting, Tired, HPT Negative. Could I Be Pregnant?

Hi, I have irregular periods but I m on day 47 of no period. Usually I am not this far before getting one. I have cramps, brown spotting a few days here and there, tired, weird feeling in my stomach today. I took a pregnancy test about 3 days ago and it was negative. Could I be pregnant or what else could it be?

Hello,

You need to undergo one blood test for beta-hCG to confirm pregnancy. Hormonal imbalance (at Peri-menopausal age) , stress, old endometrial tissue and PMS can cause above clinical features.

One TVS scan and hormone test will be helpful to pinpoint the diagnosis. Kindly, consult with your gynecologist.
